PAINTING BODIES

"Blue #3" is a performance that works with the blue monochromatic thing and the visuality . The process of painting is so important as the result of the work and the choice of how to mark the surface becomes the subject of the work. The narrative is built only by the of the performers´s movement, the objects what they use and the images on and under built.

The performance talks to the works of Yves Klein, this one was believing that the body is the centre of physical, sensory and spiritual energy. He was applying this beginning in his work, creating a new painting technique that involved the direct application of ink to the human body, which became a living paintbrush.
